Get'cha PoBoy "Louisiana Style" bring a unique catering menu to the Knoxville TN area.

Owners, Kelvey and Lynnez Thompson are both natives of Louisiana with nearly ten years of combined experience in the restaurant industry. They moved to the Volunteer State in 2017. In 2019, the Thompsons decided it was time to share a little bit of their culture with the Knoxville area. Delicious poboys are something they both enjoy and after constantly making them at home they eventually figured it would be a good idea to turn their poboys into a business. 

Get'cha Poboy sandwiches are prepared fresh and hot on a traditional New Orleans baguette. There are other menu items to choose from- perfect for any event!   GCP offers catering and delivery services in the Knoxville area.   Some dishes can be prepped and delivered with heating instructions to enjoy on your own time.  Contact GCP to see what they can cook up for ya!
